Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up — with Google or an email magic link — we collect your name, email address, and basic profile details so we can create and secure your account.

Workspace & usage data. The agents, knowledge, settings, and team members you configure, plus logs of how the service is used (for reliability, billing, and abuse prevention).

Customer data you process. Contact details and messages from your own customers that flow through your agent. You are the controller of this data; Skillies processes it on your behalf to operate the service for you.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processors (Razorpay and Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

To provide, operate, and secure the service; to authenticate you; to process billing and top-ups; to provide support; to improve and develop features; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

When you choose “Continue with Google,” we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google solely to create and authenticate your Skillies account. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the sub-processors below that run our service.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted providers that help us run Skillies: Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google Cloud (authentication & AI), Razorpay and Stripe (payments), and Meta / WhatsApp (messaging delivery). Each processes data under its own agreement and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We keep personal data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to those obligations.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted, and each workspace's data is isolated by row-level security so one business can never read another's data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Skillies is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
