Terms of Service

Skillies lets you build AI agents that reply to your customers on WhatsApp, capture and qualify leads, and keep one memory per customer. Features may change as we improve the product.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the actions of team members you invite. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Don't use Skillies for anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive, and don't send spam. When messaging your customers, you must comply with applicable laws and with Meta's and WhatsApp's policies, and you must have a lawful basis and the necessary consent to contact each person.

You own and control the customer data you bring to or collect through Skillies. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to process it. We act as your processor and handle that data under our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans and pay-as-you-go usage are billed as described at sign-up and on your billing page. Top-ups and usage are generally non-refundable once consumed. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change means you accept it.

We own the Skillies platform, software, and brand. You keep ownership of your own content, agents, and customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

We work to keep Skillies reliable but provide it “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services such as WhatsApp, payment providers, or hosting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using Skillies at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
